Customer payments and optional usage
Subscription price does not include payment-processing costs. Studios that connect Stripe remain the merchant for family lesson payments. Stripe charges its own processing fee. The platform charges $0.50 for each eligible successful customer payment—not per lesson or billing line—and does not add it to the family bill. Optional texting and AI use a separately funded prepaid Usage Balance.
